I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in Yoga theory and exercise only and I will not hold you to any higher standard of care than that applicable to school of Yoga theory and exercises. I will faithfully follow all instructions given as to when, where, and how to perform and not to perform Yoga exercises, it being understood that any deviation by me from such instruction shall be at my own risk. If you decide to break away from the group organizer, you are responsible for your own safe return.

While "gay" can be thought of as a synonym to "homosexual," there is more to the meaning of gay than that. We are a diverse group of guys, creating an inclusive, safe environment. After practice we can get some food and drinks at one of the local restaurants…selection of Greek, Thai, or Mexican food are my favorite!!

This is a donation based practice where I donate my time and you donate your gay energies. The location is in Palisades Park which is phenomenal; a perfect spot to practice with the ocean in the background and various natural lights that appear at the end of the day.
