The New York Yankees today announced details regarding a celebration of New York’s Legacy of Pride, which will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, June 21, at Yankee Stadium, prior to the p.m. Each student honoree was brought onto the field and greeted with roaring applause, sharing space with reps from the Stonewall Inn, the Department of Education, and, of course, the Yankees themselves.
